We accomplish this through our state-of-the-art Design Center and our talented design hosts who accompany you through, what many consider to be, the best part of home building! 

In our Design Center in Holland, you’ll be able to choose from hundreds of options for countertops, cabinets, flooring, color schemes, appliances, fixtures, and more.  Guided by your design center host, you will select from the best suppliers in the industry! All of our features and finishes are pre-priced and prequalified, so you will know exactly where you are with your budget after you complete your selections in one or two meetings, which each last two to three hours.
