What to Expect

Our Build On Your Land program allows you to customize one of our floorplans to fit your land and your lifestyle. Our expert team brings your home to life on the land you already own. Here are the key steps:

1 Pre-Construction & Selections

We kick-off with a consultation, help secure your paperwork, write a contract, and then personalize your new home!

2 Construction

Once the building permit is received, it’s time to dig in! Get weekly progress reports until finally it’s inspection day and your homeowner orientation.

3 Closing

We make sure you’re prepared with everything you need to know about your new home. We follow up with a 30 day Warranty Check-up and a 60-day survey.
